The Kingsfield Sustainability Fund has been established by Moremac to support community, environmental and sustainability initiatives within Kingsfield over time.

The fund is designed to help Kingsfield become more than a place to live. It is an opportunity to support shared spaces, local initiatives, environmental improvements, community connection and long-term resident participation.

Moremac is now seeking input from Kingsfield residents, purchasers and future residents to understand what should matter most as the fund evolves.

Property Republic has been appointed by Moremac to help gather community feedback, understand local priorities and support the next stage of planning for the Kingsfield Sustainability Fund.

Whether you already live at Kingsfield, have purchased and are yet to move in, or are connected to the community, we encourage you to take part and have your say.

Register your interest in the Community Workshop

A small community workshop will be held to explore the survey findings in more detail and help shape practical ideas for the Kingsfield Sustainability Fund.

The workshop will provide an opportunity to:

Learn more about the Kingsfield Sustainability Fund
Discuss survey themes and community priorities
Explore potential sustainability, community and shared-space initiatives
Share ideas with other residents and purchasers
Help identify what would make future initiatives practical, useful and sustainable over time

Workshop Details

Date: Thursday 17th September 2026
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Location: Sunbury Social Club, 47 Riddell Road, Sunbury 3429
Duration: 2 hours

Light refreshments will be served.

Places are limited. The workshop will be designed for approximately 20 to 30 participants to allow for meaningful discussion.

To support participation, confirmed workshop attendees who participate in the full session will receive a $100 gift card as a thank you for their time and contribution.

Complete the short community survey

The survey is a simple way to share your views at a time that suits you.
It should take less than 5 minutes to complete and will help identify key themes, community priorities and participation opportunities.
The survey will ask about:
What would make Kingsfield a great place to live over the long term
What types of sustainability initiatives you would value, use or support
What would help residents feel more connected
What concerns you may have about long-term management or maintenance
Whether you would like to be considered for the community workshop

As a thank you, Moremac will donate $5 for each completed survey response to one of three sustainability-based charities or community groups selected by survey participants. The total donation contribution will be capped at $500.

What happens next?

Survey responses will be reviewed by Property Republic on behalf of Moremac.

The feedback will be used to identify community priorities, understand what types of initiatives are most likely to be valued and supported, and inform the community workshop.

Following the survey and workshop, Property Republic will prepare recommendations for Moremac to help guide the next stage of the Kingsfield Sustainability Fund.

Your survey responses will be reviewed by Property Republic on behalf of Moremac.

Survey findings will be reported in summary form only. Personal details collected for workshop registration will only be used to contact you about the workshop or related Kingsfield Sustainability Fund engagement.
